Our client offers a number of services to the catering industry including new machinery/equipment sales, servicing and maintenance of existing equipment on either an ad-hoc basis or under preventative maintenance agreement, and repair work for equipment breakdowns.

Having previously conducted all their telemarketing and appointment setting in house, our client was fully aware of the issues this can cause a business.
